Setup costs 300 dollars with about 80 dollars annually. no client payment required but optional add-ons possible. Pilot Club funding ends. volunteers will maintain bracelet battery changes and home visits to assist families. Gloria Moore says the system allows her husband to stay home longer, providing relief and security.
