County Commissioners unanimously approve buying 78 acres near South Point High for 4.2 million from The Stowe Foundation and Carstarphen Family Foundation to build a new Belmont middle school. County funds 3.8 million purchase and 200 thousand taxes. city adds 400 thousand.
