Kellianne Davis, a 25 year old Gastonia transplant with a public administration master's, drives Wilson's downtown development. She co-owns a record store in Rocky Mount, led Young Professionals efforts, and advocates small business, historic preservation, and community events to boost downtown Wilson and nearby Rocky Mount.
