Swiss toddler buried after death left unheeded in Geneva
In Geneva a 16 month old girl Silvia, died alone in a Meyrin apartment while her mother Susana, a 22 year old Portuguese migrant with a theft and drug habit, was jailed. Neighbors complained of a smell and police found the dehydrated body in a bathroom after three weeks. The case has sparked outrage and debates on welfare and how such tragedy occurred in Switzerland.
