Carrie Fisher autopsy finds cocaine in system during illness
Los Angeles coroner released a full toxicology report showing cocaine, morphine and other opiates present in Carrie Fisher. Investigators could not determine exactly when the drugs were used, while noting fatty artery build up and sleep apnea as contributing factors. Todd Fisher cautioned that doctors prescribed many substances for her mental health and addiction.
