Forestview High School student Sarah Thompson received the Sylvia Hatcher Scholarship at the Salvation Army banquet on May 17 and earned AP Scholar with Distinction Time Warner Star Scholar and The Gazette Best and Brightest. Olivia Milroy won a Best Buy Children’s Foundation scholarship and plans to attend Wake Forest University. Recipients were chosen for community service and academics.
