Funeral set for deputy killed in Surf and Turf wreck
Funeral arrangements are announced for Katelyn Self 26 a Gaston County Sheriff s deputy who died when Roger Self drove his Jeep into the Surf and Turf Lodge in Bessemer City Two others were killed including Amanda Self and a 13 year old daughter was injured The suspect Roger Self faces two counts of first degree murder and is held in Raleigh Central Prison The service is at Gastonia First Assembly of God with burial in Hovis Family Cemetery Dallas.
