Gaston County theater sold for 13.2 million to EPA Properties
The 14 screen Regal Franklin Square at 3778 E Franklin Blvd in Lowell changed hands in June when EPA Properties of Kansas City bought the property for 13.2 million. The future operator and upgrades remain unclear while EPA reviews the portfolio acquisition. Regal Cinemas officials did not comment. EPA spokesman Brian Moriarty said more details would follow after further discussions.
