The Gastonia Honey Hunters say the city conspired with the Atlantic League to seize control, trigger bankruptcy, and lock the team out of the city owned stadium after more than 1 million dollars in unpaid debt led to the league terminating their membership. NC Gas House Gang LLC later filed for bankruptcy.
