Sman faces felony charges after Wal‑Mart diaper thefts in Belmont
North Carolina police say 20 year old Shantrell Singue Kazakh Hopper stole four containers of baby milk and 30 cans of formula across three Feb thefts at a Belmont Wal‑Mart totaling 475 dollars. He is charged with two felony larceny counts of infant formula and a misdemeanor larceny. In a separate case Maria Kay Davis, 36, Lincolnton, was jailed on a forged doctor note claim of obstruction of justice. She faces probation and identity fraud history amid prior violations.
