North Carolina daycare case ends with no charges against worker
Carrboro police will not file charges against a Carrboro Early School nursery worker who breastfed another woman's 3 month old without permission. Investigators weighed risk to the infant and the caregiver's intent. Security video showed the act, but officials say no harm was proven and intent to harm could not be established. In a separate report, a 47 year old man died after falling about 100 feet at Big Bradley Falls near Saluda while with his two daughters. The Polk County Sheriff identified Lance Healy of Charlotte as the deceased.
