Kings Mountain woman killed in stop-sign crash
Elizabeth Nieves Castro, 62, died at the scene when a Dodge pickup driven by Dung Trung Ho ran a stop sign and collided with her Toyota on Dallas Bessemer City Highway. Her son, David Antonio Castro, 37, was injured and transported to CaroMont Regional Medical Center. Ho was charged with failing to stop and faces more charges as investigators proceed.
