Students race in gravity games in Lenoir
Ten physics students from Forestview High School showcase a soap box derby car inspired by The Little Rascals. Under teacher Sam Braxton supervision they paint, assemble axles and brakes while peers from Gaston County join in a single elimination race along 950 feet of closed Ashe Avenue in downtown. Sponsors Google and Appalachian State University back the North Carolina Gravity Games.
