Navy re enlists Homer V Randolph at El Paso
Homer V. Randolph a Quartermaster 2nd Class in the U S Navy re enlisted at the El Paso Recruiting Office today and will report to the receiving ship in New Orleans. He was discharged on June 14 1920 after five years of continuous service including World War I service in France England Holland Belgium and Italy.
