Hartford November 1 The state treasurer released 1918 bond figures noting 13,177,672.29 in bonded debt and funds, a $177,572.29 surplus. It reports $473,000 of four percent bonds cancelled this year, sinking and civil list funds totaling 12.1 million, and shows improved finances since 1915 with over $12 million gain in three years.
