Sewer project debate heats up in town vote

Public sentiment grows for a town sewer with a $50,000 cost. A committee led by Gildersleeve polled residents and weighed two plans: build by the current company and sell to the town, or taxpayer funded with seven year repayment. If constructed, connection charges and annual rent or tax effects were debated, with aim to shared benefits and minimize town burdens.

In mail handling guidance, it is advised to moisten a small spot at the stamp’s center before affixing it to a letter. This prevents tearing at the corner and maintains stamp adhesiveness, reducing damage during removal.
