Great Italian Flyer Buried in Hempstead
Sergeant Gianfelicce Gino of the royal Italian flying corps was buried with military honors in Hempstead on July 10. Six Curtiss battleplanes and Caproni raid planes dropped roses during the procession. Italian embassy members in Washington attended the funeral. Gino was killed in an accident while a trim flying.

A new ordinance makes it a misdemeanor to appear on Huntington streets between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. with a soldier or sailor unless he is a family member or known to the parents with permission.
