Town to refinance sewer project with bonds

A town committee discussed funding a sewer expansion to serve more homes. Plans proposed include issuing bonds totaling $25,000 and raising another $25,000 from town finances. The goal is to extend service to 400 families, with a cost benefit showing increased property values offsetting the outlay. The matter will be revisited at the next Trade meeting with hopes for broad support.
