Jackson Blizard died at home in the Commonwealth apartments at 6 35 am after five weeks of illness linked to influenza complications. Born in Belfast Ireland May 23 1865 he lived in Cedar Rapids off and on for nearly twenty years, returning a year ago after stints in Des Moines Waterloo Chicago. He is survived by his wife and Mrs Derflinger.
