Wilsons reply to Germany broadcast worldwide

President Wilson's response to Germany was transmitted from Arlington naval radio towers last night and circulated to Europe. He says the German note seeking an armistice should be reviewed by Allied leaders and that U S and Allied military advisers be asked to propose terms that protect the peoples involved.
