Armistice terms for Austro Hungarian forces were announced in Washington and Paris. The document outlines surrender conditions allowing Allied operations in Austro Hungarian territory and points to terms nearing completion at Versailles for a broader German surrender.
The terms require complete demobilization of Austrian forces, surrender of half the artillery and military equipment, and occupation of strategic sites by the Allies. Railroads to be used for operations against Germany, evacuation of invaded territory, surrender of part of the fleet, and disarmament of remaining ships under Allied control. All German marines in Austrian waters to surrender, Austrian prisoners repatriated, and evacuation of territory claimed by Italy.
