Associated Press Paris Dec. 11 says the Lille Mothers organization has commenced legal action against the former German emperor. The complaint also seeks prosecution of state commanders of the German army who in April 1916 ordered girls abducted and placed in close contact with notorious women.

The Giant anamo also arrived and the Tenadores an American vessel one day overdue reached with 882 troops and 149 civilians including welfare workers aboard. The British transport Ascanina arrived with 1441 officers and men and 606 sacks of mail.
The Eddy County Board of Commissioners of New Mexico proclaims an election to be held Monday January 12 1919 in each precinct for Justice of the Peace and Constable. Precincts listed include Carlsbad Malaga Hope Lakewood Artesia Dayton Queen Loving Otis Cottonwood. Signed by Chairman L A Swigart and Clerk Dan Jackson in Carlsbad.
The 75 year old man known as Uncle Haven Wreate Johnny Haven, long a mountaineer near Queen, was found dead last Friday about a mile and a half from Queen and buried Saturday in Queen graveyard. He had been missing two weeks, had one arm and partial blindness, possibly died of heart failure during a storm, with evidence his coat lay near him after he fell. He leaves two children, a son in the army and a daughter in another state, plus two step children.
The White Star Hiner Canople arrived in Boston and discharged 1500 soldiers returning from overseas who entrained for Camp Devons to be demobilized. Most came from western states and included aviation units in training in England. John A Heydier, newly elected NL president, urged a joint AL and NL conference with Ban Johnson to discuss postwar baseball issues.
