Elaborate Paris Entertainment Planned for President Wilson

Plans by the French government for entertaining President Wilson in Paris include state dinners and a gala night at the opera. He will be welcomed at Bois de Boulogne station by President Poincare and officials, stay at Murat Mansion, and attend ceremonies around Hotel de Ville with a general holiday. French General Arrives in Berlin

General DuPont of the French army has reached Berlin and set a headquarters at the former French embassy to organize transport and repatriation of French prisoners in Germany. Major Theodore MacCauley arrived from Fort Worth, Texas, and began return flight plans after seven o clock. August Thissen, a major German manufacturer, was arrested in Mulheim am Ruhr on charges of high treason. Ben Dickson visited from the Red Bluff Coach ranch.
