A Monahans resident was stricken after eating canned beans and sausage. He was brought to Midland for treatment and showed improvement this morning and yesterday. The Midland Reporter notes he is a brother in law of B. C. Rawlins and well known locally.
Public notice listing present list prices for electricity and ice by the Carlsbad Light and Power Company. Rates include 50c per hundred at the platform, 60c delivered in town, 75c per hundred in a two mile radius outside town, with 7c per pound less than one hundred pounds. Office opposite Court House.
