Dam Law Suite Ends In River Flow Court Ruling
Hearing before Judge Tadge Jt McClure addressed whether injunction against dam operations should be permanent. The court ruled the river’s normal flow must pass continuously while allowing the dam to pass water, keeping Tansill Lake at a steady level and preventing emptying and refilling cycles. Both reservoirs will stay full to provide full power from the waterway.
