An army balloon, part of a race from Long Island to Montreal, landed at Albany Vermont at 8 20 Sunday morning completely exhausted from the thrilling experiences in the ascent. The balloon was packed and shipped back to New York. The crew, consisting of army officers, attached the government station at Tang Island.
