SRENCH AND BEAN TAKE NEW STOCKHOLDER
E. E. Porter of Bradford has bought most of J. B. Bean’s holdings in the French and Bean Co and will join the firm in St. Johnsbury. Bean plans to spend the winter in Florida, and Porter will occupy Bean’s house during the absence. The firm, established in 1906, has a $150000 capital stock and about 12 employees, serving northern Vermont and New Hampshire as the largest wholesale grocery home in the region.

Gas kills Orlando Del Ponti and sister in Somerville
