Notice that the Assessor or deputy will collect tax returns at multiple precincts across Tajique Torreon Manzano Cienega Punta Aho Willard Pinos Wells Duran Palin Moriarty and Abeytia with dates in April and March. Taxpayers must file as required by law. penalties apply if returns are late.
Augustin Villa, arrested at Los Lu last week for allegedly firing the Montoya home in Alta Vista, posted bond before Justice Nisbett. A. A. Sedillo of Chavez & Sedillo defends Villa, arguing he was not in Estancia nor Torrance County at the time of the blaze.
