Cotton Association Meets in Columbia on December 2

Columbia November 23 The South Carolina Cotton Association plans a December 2 meeting at Craven Hall to discuss forming a Banking and Export Corporation with $2.5 million capital modeled after Georgia’s, led by Governor H. W. Dorsey. Speakers include Col Harvie Jordan and Col Thomas Shackelford as delegates discuss warehouse reform and financing cotton from farm to consumer.
