A large touring car driven by James Hamer sped along Dillon Marion road near Mr Tas A Berry’s Sunday, skidded into a ditch, and badly injured D H Hyatt who was thrown from the vehicle. Otis Page and G C Johnson were shaken but unhurt. Hyatt’s collar bone is broken and recovery will take days. The car returned to town under its own power.
