Betsy Shepherd Soprano Recital Demonstrates Edison Re Creation

Miss Betsy Lane Shepherd, famed soprano, sang at the school auditorium in a recital showcasing Mr. Edison's New Art-Sound Re Creation. Assisted by violinist Graham Harris, the program contrasted live singing with Re-Creation to prove the voice’s texture remains intact. The event, attended by musicians and enthusiasts, illustrated Edison’s goal of recreating musical tone without talking-machine qualities.
