Nov 25. Vice President Hendricks died this afternoon after a morning of ill health following attendance at a reception. He expired around 5 PM. The brief item notes his illness and sudden death.

John Irwin showed the Horoxite reporter five head of fat beef cattle purchased from E. F. Bonney located 20 miles south of Huron. One animal weighed 1500 pounds and the others were of similar size. Irwin plans to use the beef for his market serving many customers.
