Case Dismissed Over Child Welfare Custody Transfer
W. B. Sherrard of the Childrens Home Society sought transfer of the Mannie children to the home alleging improper upbringing. County Judge A. A. Chamberlain dismissed the case Friday afternoon after witnesses. evidence was deemed insufficient for transfer. States Attorney represented the petitioner. W. A. Lynch appeared for respondents.
