Dakota Central Tele hone Co v City of Huron ruling
Judge Carland overruled the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction in the Dakota Central Telephone Co case. The decision found a federal question exists from the contract between the state and city over telephone street occupancy, and granted a temporary injunction with a $1000 bond.
