William Dwyer received eighteen months in the penitentiary with a $100 fine and eight months in the county jail for subornation of perjury. Lewiston National Bank leaders William F Kettenbach and George Kester were each sentenced to eight months in the county jail and a $1,000 fine for conspiracy to defraud the government Idaho timber lands.
