Resolution on Inauguration Date Moves to April Last Thursday

Washington February 12 The Senate debated and adopted a joint resolution amending the Constitution to shift the presidential and vice presidential inauguration from March 4 to the last Thursday in April at noon, uniting Congress to begin then.
