Ohio fugitive Arthur Richards held for extradition
Arthur Richards of Ashtabula County Ohio was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge after a telegram from Conneaut police. He appeared in Huron police court and was jailed awaiting Governor Crawford's decision on his requisition to return to Ohio for trial. Bonds of 500 were posted by W H Henson.
