Only Chapel Car in United States Visits South Dakota
The St Anthony Chapel Car owned by the Catholic Church Extension Society arrived from the west and will stay a week near the depot. Father O Neill will conduct morning and evening services for Catholics and non Catholics alike and invite visits to the car with a question box for Catholic religion queries. The car seats 90 and is moved when crowds overflow to halls. It will then go to Broadland for a week starting April 20th and is transported gratis by the Chicago and North Western railroad. The article also notes a separate court case heard by the supreme court on April 15 regarding a primary law, with attorney Mr Lawrence optimistic about an opinion within two weeks.
