Wagon Wreck Near Waldo Hotel Corner Injures Driver
A fire wagon slid on the uneven paving at the Waldo hotel corner on Sunday afternoon while en route to Elk Creek burn site. The wagon tongue broke and Cruger Martin suffered a side bruise after being thrown from the wagon. Fire Chief Burr Welch also fell but avoided injury.
