M. E. Greglak a foreign banker from Bellaire was arrested in Clarksburg for failure to return to Ohio without requisition papers. He was remanded to jail on $5,000 bond. Requisition papers are pending. His case moves to next Belmont county court term next fall unless bail is secured.
The West Virginia Manual has a new edition printed by Secretary of State Swisher. The second edition adds about 40 pages and includes a full federal government register across executive, judicial, and legislative branches. It features a voters qualifications table and recent naturalization laws, reflecting strong statewide demand.
