Dopey Tom Wells, a colored man, was sentenced by Magistrate Gordon on Tuesday for unlawfully carrying a razor. He received sixty days in the county jail plus a $25 fine and costs after a Sunday arrest on the Glen Bik bridge for acting disagreeably. An officer found the razor in his pocket during a search.
