A remedy titled Compels All Impurities To Abandon System promises to purge impurities and claims blood troubles cannot remain if properly treated. The claim emphasizes a universal cleansing effect and a decisive health outcome.
The 1915 act reorganizes state insane asylums, renaming Weston Hospital, Spencer Hospital, and Huntington State Hospital. It creates county Lunacy Commissions with two physicians, limits railroading into facilities, and allows voluntary admission while detailing funding, appeals, and protections for patients and staff.
Minutes record a called meeting of the muckholders held at Chen C Scott’s office in Harrison County West Virginia on May 8 1915. The stockholders present voted to discontinue business dissolve the charter surrender assets and seek liquidation under the secretary and president presiding.
