Real estate notice lists a new six room cottage on a 40 by 135 foot lot with water and gas, price 1800, on Waldeck street Broad Oaks. Also two residence lots with 40 foot front on Carr Avenue at 1200 each, four more lots 46 foot front on Carr Avenue at 500 each, two Northview lots 36 by 120 at 350 each, a prime lot 50 by 175 on Pike Street for home or business, Sumner Street lots at 1000, a four room cottage with barn on Staunton and Weston Pike one mile west of Weston offered for less than build cost.
Official notice from Edward J. Doyle Supk of Streets in Clarksburg West Virginia dated April 29 1903 to gas companies plumbers and related trades urging street repairs within thirty days or charges for repairs will be billed to those who tore up the street. Also an advertisement touts Braddock Pure Barley Malt Whiskey as a superior tonic for indigestion and dyspepsia sold at Family Liquor Store near Deis son hotel.
Sealed proposals will be received at federal building until 2 o clock p m on April 15 for furnishing fuel water light and miscellaneous supplies washing towels hauling ashes and sprinkling streets in this building during the fiscal year ending June 30 1908 or such portion as may be deemed advisable.
