Auto Ordinance Passed by Clarksburg Council
City council enacted a comprehensive auto ordinance regulating speed, licensing, and operation of motor vehicles powered by electricity steam gasoline or other energy sources. It sets requirements for brakes horns mufflers lights and safe operation on Main Pike and other streets with penalties and a licensing system to start July 1 1913.
