Charleston dispatch reports the attorney general plans to spend most of his education in Charleston and a likely appointment to the Virginia Debt Commission or a public service body to take effect July 1. John B. Morrison of Sutton is expected to be named among the new assistants alongside Frank Lively and others to be announced. Assistant Attorney General J. O. Henson will leave to join a private practice in Martinsburg.

The defense sought more time and another justice, claiming Nicewarner had seen bruises that might bias him. the judge said he would appoint another justice for the case.
