At a June 29 1908 stockholders meeting in Clarksburg Harrison County West Virginia the West Virginia Casualty Co adopts resolutions to dissolve the corporation convert assets to cash pay debts and distribute remaining funds pro rata to stockholders while publishing notice in a general circulation newspaper.
