Trials in Keyser, river city incidents, and a Dry Creek Confederate reunion set for August 26 accompany notices on grafts, indigestion remedies, and a probate settlement in Wyatt Harrison county.
The readable portions describe a medical practitioner with six years of practice located in the Fordyce building on Pike Street. References mention membership and the term tainted by corrupted text, but exact names, dates, and official actions are unclear.

A letter from John H. Zirkle of Philippi West Virginia touts Chamberlains Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy curing his father after years of suffering. One bottle ended eighteen months of illness and restored full vigor at age sixty. The testimony appears in the Philippi Republican and the remedy is sold by dealers.

Includes 2 lots in Northview at 350 and 500, 3 lots in South Buckhan non for 375, 8 lots in Pritchard’s Upland Grove with six corners at 170 terms or 800 for a 3 room house and lot in Reynolds Addition, 1250 for a 4 room Monticello Ave. property, 1700 for a Broadway four to five room house, 2000 for a North Street six room house, and 2500 for an eight room house on Stealey near Monticello with modern conveniences and oak finish throughout.
