Supposed Slayer of Chief Caught in Danbury

A man believed to be Dominic Ross or Vincenzo Capolungo, an Italian about 20 to 24 years old, is under arrest in Danbury, Connecticut on a shooting charge and held on a $2,000 bond. Authorities connect him to the Monongah West Virginia POlice Chief Ode Shafer slaying case from about a year ago. The suspect reportedly used aliases Grazilo and Capolungo. The Danbury prosecutor Norman Beers says the man may have fled West Virginia and returned recently. The case is being reviewed by Monongah and Fairmont officials.
