William Franks a clothes press worker was jailed forty days and nights for stealing a bold watch and chain valued at 15 dollars from Wicks. O L Davis a Clarksburg Electric Light lineman was badly burned after contact with a live fire wire while on a pole in Pike street. A fellow worker tried to free him as wires surrounded him. Davis survived but may lose his right hand. He is married with two children and is hospitalized after being taken from a drug store to Kessler hospital.
