Police Arrest 2 City Youths At Car Wash
Hagerstown Police arrested two city youths Monday and charged them with attempted larceny near Wish Washy Car Wash at Dual Highway and E Prabidin Street. Officers cited a screwdriver and pocket knife found on one boy and said they tried to pry open coin boxes. Youths released to parents pending Juvenile Court.
